It was dirty, the customer service was bad, there was a long list of things that we could have complained about and we will not be going back there! It wasn’t a great experience, and it got us thinking about our own business. To get your clients coming back to your spa, you need to make sure that their experience is good from the moment they see the front of your spa! You need to think about all of the details.
